- For any commercial or professional establishment assigned a number of billing Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs) pursuant to this section, annual adjustment to the Authority’s records pertaining to the number and type of employees of such property location will be made.
- To facilitate such adjustment, the Authority shall require the owner of any such property on which is situated the commercial and/or professional establishment to complete and submit the annual Commercial/Professional /Retail Survey Form.
- If the survey form is not submitted, a Certificate of Employees and a N.J. Department of Labor Form UC-27, for the most recent quarter, will be required.
- In the event the owner of such property does not make these submissions, the Authority, based upon estimates of employee numbers and types, will make an assignment of billable EDUs.
- In no event shall the annual sewer rental charges fall below a minimum value defined as the number of EDUs allocated to the property location for which sewer connection fees have been paid, assessed base user fees, which are determined and set and, from time to time, revised subsequent to a Public Hearing.
